Big Dealz acts as a platform. All sales are final between buyer and vendor. We mediate disputes for high-value items.
Auction Rules
Bids are binding contracts. Failure to pay results in permanent account suspension from the Big Dealz network.
Refund Policy
Ticket sales are non-refundable but transferable. Table fees are non-refundable within 30 days of the event.
