MTG COMMANDER DUEL
THREE-COIN CHALLENGE • OCTOBER 30, 2026
Event basics
- Format: Magic: The Gathering Commander Duel, 1v1.
- Entry: $100 prepaid.
- Field: 50 players maximum.
- Register through the official payment link on the tournament page.
Rescheduling disclaimer: If all 50 player spots are not registered by October 16, 2026—two weeks before the October 30 event—the tournament will be rescheduled. Check Bigdealzcardshow.com for updates.
Three-Coin Challenge
- At check-in, each paid player receives three Challenge Coins.
- Each coin represents one official preliminary match. Every player plays three preliminaries.
- You may battle any registered player in the arena, but you cannot play the same opponent twice.
- Staff records all preliminary results before bracket placement.
Bracket placement

| 3–0 or 2–1 | Winners bracket |
| 1–2 | Losers bracket |
| 0–3 | Does not enter either bracket; receives a $50 refund |
The $50 consolation refund is half of the $100 entry and applies only to players who lose all three preliminary matches.
Prize board
- 1st place: $500 cash.
- 2nd place: Collector Box.
- 3rd–4th place: Store credit.
Match operations
- Preliminary matches are 20 minutes unless staff announces otherwise.
- Deck checks and event rulings are handled by tournament staff.
- Staff/judge decisions are final. Players are expected to compete honestly and respectfully.
