Official terms and conditions for Big Dealz Card Show vendors.
A table is only considered reserved once payment has been received in full. Table assignments are at the sole discretion of Big Dealz Card Show staff.
Vendors are responsible for the items they sell. All merchandise must be authentic. Sale of counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
Setup begins at 8:00 AM. Vendors must be fully set up by 10:00 AM. Breakdown is not permitted until 5:00 PM unless authorized by staff.
Big Dealz Card Show is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Vendors are responsible for their own insurance and security of their inventory.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable. All refunds are subject to a processing fee.
